What type of insurance do you accept?
Our practice is in-network with several insurance providers, including Aetna, Aetna Medicare, Ameritas, Cigna, Careington, GEHA, Guardian, Humana, United Healthcare, Delta Dental Premier, Zelis/Maverist, Metlife PDP+ plans, Principle, Sunlife, United Concordia, and Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois. We also accept Connection Dental.Do you have plans for those without dental insurance?
For patients without dental insurance, we offer our in-house Diamond Rewards Membership. This program includes three annual options tailored to different dental needs: an Adult Membership, a Pediatric Membership, and a Periodontal Membership.Do you offer emergency services?
